It has potential...
Friendly staff, clean place, good bareback movies. Unfortunately, it was empty. Only 10 people tonight with one tweaked.
Horrible bathhouse.
It was bored .. only 5 men there . It is not worth it .. Too dark and I can't see .. I won't pay one cent there ..

building is good clean, and good bath and steam room. but i can see only few people and most of them r fat or old.

It was a alright place, not very crowed on a weekend. Can do better
Overall decent bathouse
I have been here a few times. The hot tub is large and really nice. Actually maybe a bit too hot but much better than not hot enough. I would have preferred more hot guys but I did manage to find some. I found it much better than Steamworks vancouver as the facilities were better and there seemed to be more guys looking for action.
