VANCOUVER PREMIERE of SKETCH

For one night only, we will be showing the Vancouver-shot film SKETCH. The first film directed by Christopher Logan <--me! Awhile back, we took a camera to the afterhours and after after parties in Vancouver. This is the resulting film, part-fiction and part-documentary, that follows a group of friends through the Vancouver afterhours party scene. A fictional storyline is peppered and interwoven with actual sketch party footage and interviews, giving us a view into the afters scene that is both intimate and honest. All proceeds from the evening go towards the successful launch of our upcoming book dr.a.g., which raises money for independent film production. Doors will be open at 8pm for a meet and greet, with the film showing at 9pm. BABE COAL, a wonderful singer/songwriter many of you may have heard playing around the West End, will be playing the lobby before the show. Please come down early, listen and enjoy. THE FOUNTAINHEAD PUB has graciously donated a few bar tabs which we will give out to a few lucky guests, and West End songstress BABE COAL will be performing before the movie. Many of you may know Babe from her busking performances on Davie Street or her recent feature article in V-RAG.
