FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 2015-01-18 RUBBOUT 25: ELEMENTAL TAKES PLACE MARCH 31 - APRIL 3, 2016 IN VANCOUVER VANCOUVER, BC - Rubbout is an annual full weekend of events for men into rubber fetish and gear. 2016 marks a huge milestone for the event; its silver anniversary! Rubbout is the longest consecutively-running men's rubber fetish event in North America. This year’s theme is “Elemental” and is geared to be more of a community celebration appealing to the entire kinky crowd in addition to rubber lovers. This year’s schedule is packed with ten events over four days. Rubbout has invited attendees from near and far, and confirmed attending are Mister International Rubber 2016, Jeffrey Gummibärchen, in addition to at least two former Mister International Rubber titleholders and fetish friends from all over North America and Europe. As it is with such a milestone, Rubbout is hosting a big community celebration event on Thursday March 31, 2016 at Pumpjack Pub. Rubbout is inviting all the men and women, queers and straights, individuals and groups of the Vancouver kink and fetish community to celebrate the silver anniversary with Rubbout 25 attendees "Under The Big Top". Expect a circus! There will be performers, fashion show, rubberslave auction, "Rubber Shower" fantasy scene, photobooth, games, and BDSM demos. On Friday April 1, Rubbout 25 continues with a passholder’s Happy Hour Friday afternoon, meet and greet and package pickup Friday evening, and the “Elemental.” dance party at Gorg-O-Mish. This is the main dance party of the Rubbout 25: Elemental weekend. We are excited to hold this one-time-only event at Vancouver's reknowned Gorg-O-Mish - a fantastic and unique venue where we aim to create a body-shaking experience tantalizing all the senses! Expect all the elements to represent....fiery, wet, dirty and breezy go-go boys, 'shine boys', 'raffle boys' and kinksters of all stripes. The annual Rubbout gear swap starts at 1pm, the Van-PAH Puppybowl III pup mosh starts at 2pm, and the Vancouver Rubbermen rubber bondage gear demos start at 3. This year will have a few extra treats. There will be several retailers booths in the shopping zone, OutTV will be filming on location, and the No Safe Word crew will be live streaming their podcast from Pumpjack starting at 3:30pm! Saturday night is when things get black, slick and sticky at 8x6. If you've been to a Rubbout weekend play party before, you know how fun, intense, and sexy they are. This will be a sexual event with a large play area, a demo area and full-service bar, change area, and coat check. Dress code will be in effect. The thirsty and famished will be satiated as we all join together at the Holiday Inn on Howe for the largest traditional Sunday Rubbout brunch in history! We will take a trip down memory lane of the great memories and accomplishments over the past 25 years celebrating all things Rubbout.
