Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz immediately sold out the first 6 dates on their upcoming club tour with each show selling out within 30 minutes of going on sale. Two new dates have been added due to overwhelming demand from fans. The band will now perform in Vancouver at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on December 14 and in Los Angeles at The Wiltern on December 19. The band featuring multi-platinum selling artist and world renowned entertainer Miley Cyrus and the ground breaking rock band, The Flaming Lips, will hit the road starting Nov. 19, 2015 in Chicago, Ill. The Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz Tour will visit seven additional cities with dates lined up in New York City, Washington DC, Detroit, Philadelphia and Boston. A full list of dates is below. Miley Cyrus released her new album, Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz for free on Aug. 30, 2015 following Miley Cyrus’ appearance as host of the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. The album received rave reviews with Entertainment Weekly stating that “it’s a distillation of an artist’s soul that is both rare and wonderful.” NME said the album was “an essential listen,” while the Boston Globe hailed the album commenting “her latest offers a surplus of them [uniformly great songs.]” Miley Cyrus hosted “Saturday Night Live” for a third time on Oct. 3 where she performed songs from the new album including ‘Karen Don’t Be Sad’ with The Flaming Lips aka her Dead Petz and ‘The Twinkle Song’.
