So this is the explosion at the end of our GSA ride! You've been to the numerous Breakfast Blitz and Krispy Kreme sales and having raised the most amount of funds ever, we are bringing you the best ever! Where better to celebrate a new chapter than to watch the sun set behind your favourite view, bonding with Geo class of 2015? Meanwhile, we'll be preparing a mouthwatering dinner for you: Artisan Breads & Butter Garden Vegetable Salad Strawberry, Basil & Goat Cheese Salad Vine Ripened Tomato & Young Mozzarella Salad Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with fresh herbs, maple bacon butter Seasonal Baby Vegetables Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni - Toasted macadamia nut pesto, roasted garlic with a tomato sauce, fresh shaved asiago Pan Seared Wild BC Sockeye Salmon Pan Seared Free Range Chicken Breast Reduced port & sundried cherry demi glace Hemp seeds, soy ginger butter Warm Chocolate Brownie - Sticky caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, port braised cherries Caramelised Goat Cheese Cheesecake - Poached cherries, blackberry coulis Fresh Fruit & Wild Berry Platter Coffee & Tea Special guest appearances from Captain Morgan, Mr. Hendricks and the Jager Meister himself! **We will be able to cater for all dietary requirements, just make yours know when you purchase your ticket. :: Met everyone in Geography?
