Great place but seedy. Needs cleaning and lockers in the rooms.
Real hot men 4 men
I was at m2m for thankgiving long weekend and I had a blast. Staff friendly. Establishment very clean and many hot muscle rugged men. If you are looking for sex man to man action with no attitude and you are hot, this is the place for it. The videos are very good.
I heard this was closed.. but I guess not. When I was there (on a sat night, during gay pride) it was nearly empty. The other two hot guys there and I finally gave up and went to the sex club up on Davie street.. and had a GREAT time.

fun, edgy, the space itself could use some TLC, the staff is very helpful and friendly, could use some more porn channels, consistently have a good time whenever I go there
